The City of Cleveland is commencing an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Update & Exhibit 'A' Property Map to address changes at the Airport and in the aviation industry. The ALP Update will analyze airfield geometry, update the aviation forecasts, and identify potential projects that will improve the value of the Airport to meet the air transportation needs of the region over the next 20 years. Although the plan will consider development on and in the vicinity of the Airport, the study will not consider closing the airport, as it is an integral part of the National Airspace System (NAS) and northeast Ohio aviation. Community input is an important component to the project. We invite interested parties to submit comments at any time during the study.
